1. Determination of sample distillation range: determination of the actual boiling points of oil products such as naphtha at 35-180 ℃, heavy aromatic hydrocarbons at 80-350 ℃, and olefins at 35-80 ℃.

2. Distillation is carried out in two stages: the first stage is atmospheric distillation, where each fraction from the initial boiling point to 200 ℃ is cut; The second stage is vacuum distillation with a residual pressure of around 1.33 kPa, cutting various fractions from 200 ℃ to 395 ℃;

3. The theoretical number of plates in the distillation column is 15-17 layers, with a reflux ratio of 10:1, and full reflux can also be set

4. Operating actual boiling point cutting temperature: room temperature~350 ℃

5. The narrowest cutting temperature is 10 ℃

6. Operating pressure 1-760mm Hg

Technical standards implemented

1. The Tower I system strictly complies with the national standard GB/T 17280-2009 and is equivalent in performance to the ASTM D 2892 standard

2. The Tower II system strictly complies with the national standard GB/T 17475-1998 and is equivalent in performance to the ASTM D 5236 standard.

Cutting temperature of tower I: initial distillation~400 ℃.

The distillation tower I has 15 theoretical trays.

Distillation column of tower I: Column diameter of Φ 20mm, effective packing height of 570mm.

Tower I distillation kettle capacity: 3L.

The condensation area of the main condenser in Tower I is 0.2m2.

The reflux ratio of tower I and the distribution time can be adjusted arbitrarily.

The residual pressure of Tower I system is 1 mmHg.


Tower II system:

Tower II cutting temperature: 400-565 ℃

Tower II distillation kettle capacity: 3L.

The residual pressure of Tower II system can be stabilized below 0.1mmHg.


Circulating heating and cooling system

Technical indicators of low-temperature bath: temperature range: -20~50 ℃; Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃.

Technical specifications for cryogenic bath: Temperature range: -58 ℃ to room temperature; Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃.

Technical indicators of constant temperature bath: temperature range: 30-95 ℃; Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃.
